Refund policy
All sales are final.
Because our gowns are sold as showroom samples - used, tried on by other brides, and sold as-is per the Dress Condition and Conditions of Sale notice on each listing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a gown is significantly different from how it was described, or has a fault that was not disclosed to you at the time of sale, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Please note that disclosed conditions - such as general wear and tear, the need for handwashing, or light to moderate mending, as set out on the product listing, are considered part of the described condition of the gown and are not treated as faults.
If something's wrong with your order
If your gown arrives significantly not as described, or a fault appears that wasn't disclosed, contact us within 2 days of delivery at brides@araexperience.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll assess this in line with your ACL rights and get back to you on next steps.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled, as each gown is a unique sample piece reserved exclusively for you at the point of sale.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where a remedy is required under the ACL.
