About us
ARA Experience ("we," "us," "our") sells sample wedding gowns as part of our closing-down sample sale. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products
All gowns listed on this site are sample/floor stock. They have been used in our showroom and tried on by other brides during fittings. Details of each gown's condition are set out in our Dress Condition and Conditions of Sale notice on each product page, and by purchasing you accept that condition.

2. Sizing
Sample gowns are sold in the size listed at the time of purchase and are not custom-made or size-adjusted by us prior to sale. Measurements may vary slightly from standard size charts due to handling and wear. We recommend reviewing our size guide and, where possible, trying on the equivalent style in-store before purchasing.

3. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in AUD and are current at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is required in full at the time of order to secure the gown.

4. Orders and stock
Because these are one-off sample pieces, stock is limited to a single unit per style/size. Once a gown is sold, it cannot be restocked. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund) if a gown becomes unavailable after purchase.

5. Shipping
Shipping timeframes and costs are shown at checkout. Risk in the gown passes to you once it is handed to the courier. Please inspect your gown promptly on arrival.

6. Alterations
We do not perform alterations in-house. Any alterations are your responsibility and are to be arranged with a third-party alterationist at your own cost. We are not affiliated with, and accept no liability for, alteration work performed by third parties.

7. Final sale
All sales of sample gowns are final. Please see our Return & Refund Policy below for full details, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your purchase, including timing issues related to alterations, cleaning, or fit.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
