CONDITIONS OF SALE
Our sample gowns have been used in the showroom and tried on by other brides. As floor samples, they may show signs of wear and could require minor mending, cleaning, or alterations before your wedding day - this is not included in the gown price.
Most of our gowns have longer zippers and ribbon loops sewn next to the zipper for showroom sample purposes. We recommend shortening the zipper and removing these loops when your get your gown altered with your chosen alterations specialist.
By purchasing this gown, you acknowledge and accept its condition as a used sample at the time of sale. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
